You can find a history of your heating and cooling activity for the last 13-months in the Climate Report in the tado° app. If you have Auto-Assist, you can also find useful and detailed information under Heating Activity in Care & Protect.

To access your daily report, tap on the Climate Report icon in the upper right corner of the Room Screen.

The report shows the changes in room temperature, outside temperature, and weather throughout the day.

Room conditions

On the right-hand side of the Climate Report, you’ll see three buttons that will give you more information:

Heat request: Tap this button to see how much heat tado° asks for from your heating system throughout the day (only for rooms with Smart Thermostats, Wireless Temperature Sensors, or Smart Radiator Thermostats).

Or On/Off: For Smart AC Control users, tap this button to see when your tado° was on/off during the day, and its setting/Mode at that time.

Humidity: Tap this button to see how humidity levels have changed in the room throughout the day.

Sunshine: Tap this button to see how sunny it was during the day and how it affected your indoor temperature.

Hot water: if you have hot water control, select this to see the history of your hot water usage.

Colours in the report

The colours on the line at the bottom of the graph represent settings that were active at that specific time.

Blue: temperature set lower than 19 in the Smart Schedule

Orange: temperature set higher than 19 in the Smart Schedule

Green: away mode active.

Light Gray: manual mode active.

Dark Gray: Offline/No Remote Access.

Black: Open Window detected.

Detailed view

Tap and hold on any point on your Climate Report curve to see the current heat request, target temperature, room temperature, and humidity level. You can also slide along the curve to see how these values have changed throughout the day.

Connectivity

If there is a problem with the connectivity of your tado° devices, the report will show a break in the curve for that period. Tapping and holding on the curve will show No Remote Access/Offline and the exact time when the issue occurred.
