Select the green shield icon on the bottom left of your screen.
Toggle Functional Cookies to Always Active.
Confirm your choice.
If needed, refresh the page to update the changes, and you’ll then find the orange chat icon in the lower right corner of your screen.
For emergencies
If you are experiencing issues related to installation, please remount your old devices (as such, these issues are not emergencies). Then, contact us through chat for help and select I have a question about the installation.
If you have an emergency, and you’re without heating or hot water, contact us through chat and select I have a technical question.
