Some boilers may show an error code once you've wired tado° devices to it. This is usually because these devices are not configured correctly yet.

  • Please make sure that you've completed every step in the online installation assistant. And wait until you've seen a message confirming that you've finished your installation.
  • If the installation is completed and the error code does not disappear after a while, please switch the boiler off and on to reset it.
