Some boilers may show an error code once you've wired tado° devices to it. This is usually because these devices are not configured correctly yet.
Here’s what you can do to fix this:
Make sure you've completed all the steps in the installation instructions, in the tado° app. You’ll then receive a message confirming that you've finished your installation.
If the installation is completed and the error persists, switch the boiler off and on to reset it.
If the error code still appears, please contact us via chat and send us:
a clear photo (pdf or jpg) of the wiring inside the tado° device.
a clear photo (pdf or jpg) of the wiring inside the device being replaced by tado° (if any).
