If needed, refresh the page to update the changes, and you’ll then find the orange chat icon in the lower right corner of your screen.
If you are experiencing issues related to installation, please remount your old devices (as such, these issues are not emergencies). Then, contact us through chat and select I have a question about the installation, for help.
