“No remote access” is shown in the app when the devices in your Home cannot communicate with the tado° server.
If you are currently setting up the device, please make sure it is paired with the Internet Bridge.
If your tado° devices have already been paired once and were fully operational, please select your tado° configuration below for troubleshooting:
- Smart Thermostat
- Smart Thermostat with Extension Kit and/or Smart Radiator Thermostats
- Smart Radiator Thermostats
- Smart AC Control
You can always manually control your heating or cooling on the tado° device itself, even if there is no connection.
