There could be many reasons why the Internet Bridge is not able to connect to the internet.

In most cases, this can be fixed by changing some settings on your router.

To find out what’s wrong and fix this issue, please take a look at the status LEDs on your Internet Bridge.

If all the LEDs on the Internet Bridge are solid, it indicates that the Internet Bridge is connected to the internet.

A blinking Pairing LED (or blinking Link LED in the earlier version of the Bridge) indicates that the device is in Pairing mode and this is independent of its internet connection state.

This means that the Internet Bridge is trying to connect to the tado° servers. If the Cloud LED is blinking for more than 10 minutes, learn how to fix this.
