We’ll refund you after we receive your devices complete and in their original packaging.
The refund usually takes up to 14 days from receiving your devices. Please include all required return documents in the package, so we can process your refund as quickly as possible.
If you return damaged or incomplete devices, we may refuse your refund or reduce the refund amount.
We’ll send your refund to your original payment method. After we issue the refund, your bank may take an additional 5–10 business days to process it. Unfortunately, we can’t control this processing time.
The refund amount is based on the price you paid when you placed the order. If the price drops after you buy the product, we don’t offer a partial refund or price adjustments.
