• Print the Yodel shipping label and the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) document you received from us.

• Put the RMA document inside your parcel, so that we can clearly identify your return.

• Stick the printed Yodel shipping label to the outside of your parcel.

Drop off your parcel at a Yodel Store

Visit your nearest Yodel Store to send your parcel. You can find the nearest drop-off point using the Yodel locator on their website.
