In a few cases, our Technical Support team needs to prepare customised instructions for your system, this can take some time. That’s why you’ve received a message that the installation instructions aren’t ready yet.

Please wait until you receive these instructions before starting to install tado°.

Otherwise, the system may not work correctly or may even be damaged.

If you’ve already uninstalled your existing devices, please temporarily remount them. This allows you to heat your home while waiting for instructions.
