tado° offers a Trim Plate that has inlets for cables and can cover wall openings to achieve a clean installation in such situations.
Because of the screw spacing, you can only use the Trim Plate with the Wired Smart Thermostat and the Extension Kit.
For the Wireless Temperature Sensor and the Smart AC Control, you can use the tado° Stand instead.
