You can remove most tado° V3+ devices from your Home directly in the tado° app.
Open the tado° app.
Go to Settings > Rooms & Devices.
Select the device you want to remove.
Select the three dots in the top-right corner of the screen.
Select Remove device from home.
Select Remove device to confirm.
Can’t find Remove device from home?
The Internet Bridge V3+ is the only device that can’t be removed in the app.
If you want to remove your Internet Bridge V3+, contact our Customer Support Team. They’ll remove the device for you.
Please provide:
The serial number of the Internet Bridge V3+ you want to remove.
