If you recently moved into a new home where tadoº is already installed, start by identifying all the devices.
The Internet Bridge should be near the router. Other heating setup devices may include one or more of the following: Smart Radiator Thermostats, Smart Thermostats, Wireless Temperature Sensors and/or a Wireless Receiver which is usually located near the boiler.
If there is an air conditioner in your new home, you might also find the Smart AC Control on the opposite wall.
To gain access to your devices, please follow the procedure related to your case.
I am in contact with the previous owner and Admin of the tado° account.
Ask the previous owner to invite you to join their tado° Home.
Once you have accepted their invitation, the previous owner will transfer their Admin rights to you and leave the Home.
I do not have the contact details of the previous owner and Admin of the tado° account.
Install the tado° app on your smartphone from the Google Play Store or App Store and create a new account. Then,
sign in to your tado° account in the app, and add your tado° devices by their serial numbers.
