To fix HomeKit connection issues, please follow these steps: 

1. Make sure that all your iOS devices are connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. All your devices must be on the same network to be able to find each other.

2. Force close the Apple Home app as explained in this guide.

3. Then, perform a factory reset as explained in this article

4. Set up the Smart AC Control with the Home app again.

If you are still facing connection issues, feel free to contact our Technical Support team specifying your router model and a screenshot of the error you see in the Apple Home app.

Please note: Smart AC Control V2 and V1 are not compatible with Apple HomeKit.
