To fix HomeKit connection issues, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure that all your iOS devices are connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. All your devices must be on the same network to be able to find each other.
2. Force close the Apple Home app.
3. Then, perform a factory reset as explained in this article.
4. Set up the Smart AC Control V3+ with the Home app again.

Please note: Smart AC Control V2 and V1 are not compatible with Apple HomeKit.
