Were you looking for How can I delete my tado° Home? (e.g. if you’re moving to a new place) or How can I delete my tado° account? (if you don’t want to use tado° anymore)?
To remove a user from your tado° Home, follow these steps:
Go to Settings > People.
Select the user you want to remove from your Home.
Select Revoke Access. A pop-up message will appear.
Select Revoke to confirm your choice. This will remove the user and all their mobile devices from your tado° Home.
You’ll only see this option if there is more than one user in your tado° Home.
