Your tado° device will show an E0 error if pairing fails during installation.

If you’re pairing your Smart Thermostat or Wireless Temperature Sensor to your Internet Bridge, please try to pair again. The distance between the Internet Bridge and the device should be at least 3 meters (max 8 meters).

  1. Make sure pairing mode on the Internet Bridge is activated. This is indicated by a blinking pairing LED.

  2. Press the button on the Smart Thermostat/Wireless Temperature Sensor for 3 seconds to start pairing again.

  3. When pairing is successful, the two chain links stay joined.

If pairing is not successful even after a few attempts, reset the pairing of your tado° device.
