Your tado° device will show an E0 error/the warning symbol will turn on if pairing fails during installation.

If you’re pairing a tado° Smart Radiator Thermostat to your Internet Bridge, please try to pair again (the distance between the Internet Bridge and the device should be at least 3 meters and max 8 meters):

  1. Make sure pairing on the Internet Bridge is activated. This is indicated by the blinking pairing LED.

  2. Press the button on the Smart Radiator Thermostat for 3 seconds to start pairing again.

  3. When pairing is successful, the three lines/all dashes turn solid, and the warning symbol on the Smart Radiator Thermostat Basic turns off.
