While tado° works with a great range of heating systems, there are a few that tado° currently does not support. So before you install your tado° devices, our technical support team may need to make sure that tado° will work with your system. This will also ensure that tado° works without any issues after the installation.

Please do not continue with your installation while our Technical Support team is checking your heating system. Otherwise, the system may not work correctly.

If you’ve already uninstalled your existing devices, please temporarily remount them. This allows you to heat your home while waiting for the compatibility check.
