While tado° works with many heating systems, there are a few that tado° currently does not support. Before you install your tado° devices, our Technical Support team may need to verify the information you’ve provided about your heating system remotely to ensure compatibility. This also helps to make sure that tado° will work without any issues after the installation.

Please do not start the installation while the compatibility check is in progress. Otherwise the customised installation instructions you receive may be incorrect, and the system might not work properly.

If you’ve already removed your existing devices, please temporarily remount them. This allows you to heat your home while waiting for the compatibility check.
