Your tado° device will show an E0 error message if pairing fails during installation.
If you’re pairing a tado° Smart Radiator Thermostat to your Internet Bridge, please try to pair again. The distance between the Internet Bridge and the device should be at least 3 meters.
Make sure pairing on the Internet Bridge is activated, indicated by the blinking pairing LED.
Press the button on the Smart Radiator Thermostat for 3 seconds to start pairing again.
When pairing is successful, the three lines turn solid.
