An E03 error on the Smart AC Control indicates that the router is connected to the Wi-Fi, but hasn’t transmitted an Internet Protocol (IP) address to the device.

To fix this, please do the following:

  1. Set up and activate your router’s Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP). For help, please consult your router’s user manual.

  2. Then, restart the Smart AC Control by unplugging the device, waiting one minute and plugging it back in.

  3. If the issue persists, go to your router’s settings and check if you’re using a media access control (MAC) filter. If this is the case, deactivate it.

Please note: when the internet connection is temporarily lost, you can control your AC via the user interface on the Smart AC Control. You can also use your old AC remote for this.
