If your radiators are enclosed or if you have large rooms, the temperature shown in the app may be much higher than the actual room temperature. This is because the Smart Radiator Thermostat measures the temperature right next to the radiator.

In such cases, you can make tado° take into account the difference between the actual and the measured temperature. This temperature difference is called the offset and it can be adjusted in the app

However, to achieve a more accurate reading, you can install a Smart Thermostat in the room. This will act as a wireless temperature measurement device and let you adjust the target temperature when the app is not at hand.
