When error E04 is shown the connection to our tado° Servers failed. When this is the case, do the following:
- Check whether other devices can connect to the Internet using the same Wi-Fi network as your Smart AC Control. If this is not the case, please reset your Wi-Fi network.
- If other devices can connect to the Internet using the same Wi-Fi network, give the Smart AC Control a few minutes to connect.
If none of the above resolves the problem, please contact us.
Tip: You can always control the AC by using your old remote control if your Internet is temporarily unavailable.
