To update your car, please go to the “Dashboard” screen. If the status is not yet updated, you can swipe down the screen to trigger a refresh of the car data. Once you have done that, we will attempt to get the data directly from the car and update the status.
In some cases, it can happen that the car does not provide any new information, and thus the status cannot be updated. If that issue occurs, please check with the car brand app if the car has updated itself.
