Why did I receive a message that my installation instructions are not ready yet?

To make the installation process as easy as possible, we provide you with clear instructions which are tailored to your exact system. For many systems we already have custom instructions in our database and you can install right after registering your devices.

In a few cases these instructions have not been prepared yet. When preparing the instructions your help may be required. Our engineers may contact you if we need further information about your heating system, such as detailed photos. We usually are able to prepare your instructions on the same working day.

Please note that the online process has to be followed to configure your tado° devices correctly. When installing without instructions, the system will not work correctly due to missing configuration options or your tado° system may be destroyed.
