To use Smart Charging in the tado° app, you can
enjoy it for free if you are an aWATTar or tado° Energy tariff customer by linking your tariff
or subscribe to it monthly via the tado° app.
To subscribe to Smart Charging, please follow these steps:
Select the Smart Charging tile on the Home Screen of your tado° app.
Select Unlock Smart Charging under Monthly Subscription.
Afterward, you will receive a pop-up message from the app store with the price confirmation, payment method, and the Terms and Conditions before you proceed with the purchase.
Note: To help you determine whether the subscription meets your needs, you will initially have an option to start a 6-month free trial.
You can cancel the subscription at any time.
