How can I remove mobile devices I don’t use anymore from my tado° account?

It is possible that you see mobile devices that you don’t actually use anymore in your tado° account. For the Geofencing Skill to work properly, we recommend that you remove any mobile devices that are no longer in use from your account.

To delete a mobile device, go to Settings in the tado° app. Under Home settings, choose People. To see all the devices registered to any user, simply tap on that user’s name. Select the device you wish to remove and choose Remove Device.

When doing so, please be aware that you should not revoke access of the user, but only remove the mobile device in question - unless the user is no longer part of your household.

After this is done, you will no longer see that device on your Geofencing Screen, and its location will no longer be included in Geofencing.
