Customers with a Starter Kit “v2”

In terms of devices all that we have changed on our Starter Kits going from “v2” to “v3” is exchanging the old Bridge with our new HomeKit-enabled Internet Bridge. For existing customers we offer the new Internet Bridge at a very special rate. To get your special deal, just get in touch with our customer service team.

Customers with a Connector Kit

If you purchased a Connector Kit and would like to upgrade to a Smart Thermostat - Starter Kit “v3”, we will grant a 30% discount on the purchase price of the new Kit once you returned the old Connector Kit to us.

If you are renting a Connector Kit and would like to upgrade to a Smart Thermostat - Starter Kit “v3” we will send you a new Smart Thermostat Starter Kit “v3” without additional charge, if you agree to adapting your rental contract to meet our current terms and conditions (T&Cs) and prices.
