You can cancel your rental contract by submitting a request via the Help Center.
If you wish to cancel, please do so at least four weeks before your contract ends. If not, your contract will be automatically renewed for another 12 months.
Please note that the hardware devices must be returned within 14 days from the end of the contract at your own expense. If the devices are not returned, the purchase price of the hardware will be charged.
If you have the time, please add a sentence to let us know why you have decided to stop using tado°. This will help us improve our products and services based on what our customers want.
As of September 2018, it is no longer possible to rent new tado° devices.
