If you’ve changed your router or are having trouble connecting the Smart AC Control to your Wi-Fi network, please do the following:
- Please delete the existing Wi-Fi credentials as explained in this article.
- When the display of your Smart AC Control shows the unique 4-digit code, go to Settings in the tado° app.
- Go to the settings of the room in which the Smart AC Control is located.
- Go to Update Wi-Fi Settings and follow the instructions in the app.
If the Smart AC Control fails to join the Wi-Fi network, try to reconfigure the Wi-Fi settings of your Smart AC Control as explained in the articles given below:
