While I am installing tado° I get an error code shown on the digital display of my boiler?

For some boiler models it is perfectly normal that an error code is shown after the wiring has been finished and the power has been switched back on but the tado° Smart Thermostat has not yet connected to the tado° Bridge.

  • Please make sure that you have finished the installation flow completely and get the message 'installation completed' on the workflow screen.
  • If the installation is completed and the error code does not disappear after a short while, please switch the boiler on and off once to perform a reset.

If the error code still appears at this point then please call our technical support team.
