This means that the tado° Gateway cannot connect to the tado° server.
- Please reset the the tado° Gateway (you can do so by unplugging it from the wall socket, waiting until all three lights are turned off and then replugging it back to the power socket).
- Check the electricity and ethernet cable and check for a loose connection.
- Check if a MAC filter is active which is blocking the access of the Gateway to the internet.
- Please check to see if parental control from your internet provider is active, please see if deactivating it resolves the issue.
