Why is the target temperature not reached by the time set in the Smart Schedule?

Early Start makes sure your home is always at the right temperature when you need it. If you have the feeling that the target temperature is not reached by the time you have set in the Smart Schedule, please check that Early Start is enabled for the respective room. If that is the case, please check the following:

  • When using a Smart Thermostat or a Wireless Temperature Sensor without Smart Radiator Thermostats please ensure that each radiator is open to the maximum.

  • Read off the boiler output temperature on the boiler heating temperature dial. Maybe the temperature is set to a low value. Standard values for underfloor heating systems are 40 °C and for heating systems with radiators at 70 °C.

  • Check the system pressure to see if the heating system has to be refilled.

If you are using underfloor heating, please bear in mind that these systems take longer to respond than systems with radiators.
